How weCoach Professional™ works
Good performance and leadership coaches are very expensive - but if colleagues and associates are provided with the right tools and structure they can be very powerful coaches for one another.
weCoach Professional™ is an innovative toolkit specifically designed to empower individuals and team members to do just this and contains the trade secrets that the world’s best coaches and strategists use.
Colleagues or business associates meet in pairs - for around 90 minutes per session - and use the toolkit to coach each other through a rigourous but simple step-by-step learning and doing process.
weCoach Professional ™ was created by Elemental Worldwide, a leading social enterprise, whose CEO Nick Jankel is a world-renowned leadership coach, trainer and strategy consultant. It is backed by the European Social Fund and evaluated by the University of Central England; users such as MTV and Virgin have helped make the current version (4.0) supremely effective.
