A few years ago, we at Elemental Worldwide started with this elemental truth:
Leadership is not a management skill. It is a human skill. A life skill.
And unless we change how many people on our planet think and therefore act, nothing will change in the material structure of our organisations or our global society… no matter how much money we throw at problems.
More blame will surface. More violence will erupt. More resources will be stripped. Greed will win over yet again.
But if we can change how a lot of people think about themselves, the work they do, and the world they live in, we can break out of the cycle of pain, poverty and pessimism. These leaders can create new realities. We can together solve any challenges put in our path.
Traditionally the training, coaching and ideas that empower everyday people to become leaders are preserved for the privileged few.
It does not have to be this way.
We have proven that - given the right tools and inspiration - people can be empowered to change their own mindsets, and then those of their friends, family and colleagues.
Which means we can all participate in creating a radically better world for each other.
Our mission is to design tools, media content and experiences so powerful that this can be done at a hitherto unprecedented scale.
