We believe that it is everyone’s birthright to be in their element, no matter what their income or origins - and no matter what traumatic or painful experiences have shaped them. We also understand that it is the most passionate, committed and personally responsible young leaders who will tomorrow create the kind of world worthy of humanity.
The Elemental Foundation (Reg: 1121985) is a registered charity that helps younger people free themselves from past limitations, realise their potential and contribute to society in the best way they can. We do this by designing, testing and distributing engaging and affordable tools, techniques and experiences for improved mental wellbeing, personal leadership and social productivity.
24% of all the profits from our values-based and ethical business, Elemental Worldwide Ltd., are invested in The Foundation. It also has the right to distribute for charitable purposes all of the intellectual property - tools, techniques, media property, concepts - that Elemental Worldwide Ltd. develops.
This means that the Foundation can deliver state-of-the-art empowerment, leadership and mental wellbeing products and services to those most in need at a fraction of the cost of traditional service providers.
The Foundation has created and delivered a number of projects across the country - including arts-based and community social empowerment programmes focusing on youth mental and emotional wellbeing that have been funded by the Arts Council, the European Social Fund and BBC Learning amongst others. Currently we are working on The Life Factory - a national life skills programme for marginalised youth that fuses a set of free community-based experiential events, peer-to-peer coaching and online mass collaboration and social creativity tools to deliver more emotionally and psychologically mature young people. The programme connects these emerging young leaders into job, training or other practical opportunities for prosperity.
We are developing joint programmes with social organisations and charities such as Unltd, Kids City, Urban Voice and Coin Street.
