Before now, the conventional rules dictated that if you wanted great coaching, you had to find a coach - and pay them handsomely for the privilege of coaching you. This has massively limited the accessibility, availability and demand for this vital and powerful resource for positive change and rapid personal, organisational and social growth.
weCoach challenges this convention by providing people with the tools, techniques and structure they need to coach each other - and empowers them to be the expert in their own lives (and trusts that every human being has the innate potential to do this). No more hefty bills. No more exclusivity. No more unrealised potential. This disrupts the status quo and makes us all question whether the coaching companies and leadership organisations have a vested interest in maintaining high prices and therefore keeping the average person out of the coaching game.
